I’m Berenice Soto, and my transformative journey inspired me to create BGS Evolution.  After a traumatic event pushed me into survival mode, I found myself wearing many hats, trying to meet everyone’s expectations while feeling disconnected from who I truly was.

During that challenging time, I realized that healing starts with connection: to the natural elements, to supportive communities, and, most importantly, to our authentic selves. Through soul healing, crystals, essential oils, and intuitive guidance, I began to shed those hats and step into my whole, imperfect, powerful self.

That transformation unlocked a fearless way to lead, one grounded in truth, courage, and heart. BGS Evolution exists to guide you on this same path, helping you heal emotional and energetic blocks, embrace your imperfections, and rise confidently into your authentic leadership.
